Great little boutique hotel down Soi 8 in a Quiet area but a short walk to Sukhumvit or a hotel golf buggy will drive you down. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom/shower with good water pressure. There is an outside terrace to sit downstairs while enjoying a good buffet breakfast. Wifi is also very good throughout the hotel. Would stay again when traveling to Bangkok.

Highly impressed with this place. In the heart of Sukhumvit with everything around and easily accessible. The rooms are really clean including the bathroom. The mattress is nice and firm and the safe deposit box works perfectly. Good wifi and hot water too in a clean and spacious bathroom. The only issue was that there are very few charging points in the room and none near the bed. But overall this place is great value for money and strongly recommended.

Stayed here in August 2019. Very inconvenient location. 700m from the nearest BTS. They do have a free drop, but not all staff are happy to drop you. Some staff members at the time were quite surly. The building is good, old-fashioned. Room service is good. One star for that.

This was a good budget option on my last 2 nights in Bangkok. It's 5 minute walk to the main road, bars, restaurants and 7eleven. Staff were friendly enough. Rooms abit small but bathroom was nice. I had a Belcony. Nice powerful shower and tea and coffee and water. Wifi was good.

The area of the hotel is quiet and away of traffic noisy the room is net and clean hot & cold water is available round o,o’clock price is acceptable each employee in the hotel is pleased to help

Everything in the room functions. A/C, TV, refrigerator, hot water & jug. It's not far from bars, restaurants & shops. I had a room with a balcony. There is currently a construction site across the road so there is some noise during the daytime. This is Bangkok 2022. You won't find luxury in Sukhumvit for 20th century prices.
